Returns and Warranty Policy
Inspection Upon Receipt: All goods purchased from Reno Supplies must be thoroughly inspected before pick-up/ delivery, and installation. We are not responsible for any items found to be defective, damaged, or the wrong size after installation. It is your responsibility to open and check all items as soon as they are received and report any issues within 24 hours via email at info@renosupplies.com.au.
Warranty:
- All products come with a standard warranty ranging from 1 to 10 years, depending on the item (conditions apply). For further details, please contact us.
- All items must be installed by a licensed plumber or qualified tradesperson to ensure warranty coverage.
Warranty Claims:
- If an item is returned under warranty and is found to not be defective, Reno Supplies reserves the right to charge for retrieval or postage costs incurred in relation to the goods, as well as a 25% restocking fee based on the purchase price.
- Damages or defects resulting from deliberate or negligent misuse, physical alteration, tampering, or unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.
Making a Warranty Claim:
- All warranty claims must be made through Customer Service. Do not return or post items before receiving instructions from Customer Service, as unauthorized returns may not be processed or accepted.
- To process a warranty claim, please provide the following:
- Details of the defect or damage
- Photographic evidence, where applicable
- Your invoice number or proof of purchase
- Any other relevant information to help us process your claim
- If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the goods at our expense (either through standard postage reimbursement or a courier service for larger items). You will be responsible for any other costs related to the warranty claim unless otherwise required by law.
Returns:
- Customers are responsible for postage costs for returning goods.
- A 25% restocking/handling fee will be applied to all returned items.
- All returned goods must be in their original, unused condition with factory packaging and proof of purchase.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods.
- Returned goods will be inspected before any refund or exchange is processed.
Exclusions:
- Exchanges will not be offered for discontinued items, special orders, non-stocked items.
