Shipping Policy

Delivery Times:
Currently shipping only within SA.

Turnaround of 2-4 days for stocked items.

Delivery Terms:
Unless otherwise arranged with Reno Supplies, the delivery charge assumes that you, or someone on your behalf, will be available to sign for the goods and assist the driver with unloading large or heavy items. Deliveries will be made to the main entrance of your property only. Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. If no one is available to accept the delivery at the scheduled time, an additional charge will apply for rescheduling the delivery.

Packaging:
At Reno Supplies, we take great care in packaging your order. Larger items are typically packed on a skid or pallet to ensure safe transport.

Dispatch Information:
Please be aware that delays may occur, as some items may need to be specially ordered or require additional care and packaging for transport. Weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances may also cause delays in delivery.
