Who qualifies for a trade account?
Anyone working in the building trades with an ABN: plumbers, tilers, builders, cabinet makers, bathroom renovators, and property maintenance businesses. Owner-builders on a one-off project can also apply; talk to the trade desk about job-based pricing.
How long does approval take?
Usually the same business day. Applications sent before lunch are typically approved that afternoon. You will get an email when trade pricing is active on your login.
Is there a minimum spend or joining fee?
No joining fee, no minimum monthly spend, no card on file. The account simply unlocks trade rates. Pricing sharpens further for accounts buying regularly across the year.
Can I get products delivered to site?
Yes. We deliver across metro Adelaide and ship SA-wide. For bulky items like baths and vanities, tell us the site access details and we will confirm the delivery window before dispatch.
Do trade prices apply to the whole store?
The trade collection carries dedicated trade rates. For everything else, quote us the job: send the fixture list and we price it as a package, which nearly always beats line-by-line retail.
